Alli Review - Powerful fat blocking slimmming pill
Review of the over-the-counter version of Xenical / Orlistat
5 star customer rating
Alli slimming pill review

Alli is a weaker version of the prescription slimming pilll Xenical. A clinically proven pill that is given to obese patients by Doctors. Alli is one of the few FDA approved pills making it safe and effective.

Alli has recently gone on sale as an over-the-counter slimming pill in the UK and the USA and is available to buy in most chemists. It should only be taken by adults who have a BMI of 28 or over.

How does Alli work?

The main ingredient in Alli is orlistat which has been available as a prescription drug for obesity since 1999 under the name Xenical, which is double the dosage of Alli (120mg vs 60mg)

This drug Orlistat works by blocking the obsorbtion of fat into the body - around 1/4 of the total fat in your diet. It attaches itself to the natural enzymes in the digestive system, preventing them from breaking down the fat. Undigested fat can not be absorbed so it passes through the body naturally. Alli's adverts say that if you for every 2lbs of weight you would lose normally with All you would lose an extra 1lb.

Benefits of taking Alli:

  • Block 25% of the fat in your diet
  • Instantly reduce your calorie intake
  • Lose weight safely
  • Feel happier and healthy

Alli Side effects

Alli causes the body to have a physical reaction by blocking some of the fat in your diet. This blocked fat has to go somewhere, it passes through the body when you have bowel movements, this has make your stools quite oily. This effect is more noticeable with people eating a high-fat diet.

It also blocks some of the vitamins in your food. You are advised to take a good multivitamin everyday when using Alli.

Is Alli effective?

Yes. There is no doubt that Alli works. Take a look at this paragraph taken from the NHS website:

"The only medicines in the UK specifically licensed for the treatment of obesity are called orlistat (Alli) and sibutramine. Orlistat works by reducing the absorption of the fat you eat. Sibutramine increases the feeling of fullness when you eat by boosting levels of the chemical, serotonin, which is naturally made in your body.

Both these drugs have been clinically proven to help people lose weight."

Orlistat is the medical name for Alli and Xenical.

Alli review conclusion

All is exactly the same as Xenical which is clinically proven to work which is why Doctors have been prescribing it for years. It's very effective, reasonably priced, readily available and only has a few milf side-effects.

We really like Alli and would recomend it to anyone who has a BMI of 28 or over and needs that little bit of help to lose weight. It will make you feel much happier and healthier.

I saw the adverts on TV and wanted to lose a few pounds after Christmas. I ordered two month box and so far i'm having great success with it. They've finally invented a slimming pill that actually works! I feel so happy and relieved that something is working.

I have tried endless natural and herbal diet pills from the internet and chemists with little success. I'm now on my third week of taking the fat blocker Alli and i've already lost 7lbs.

I can't believe how well it is working, I feel like i'm actually going forward for once.

The woman in Boots said that this was the best slimming pill you can get without going to see your Doctor. She was right, i've tried loads of herbal pills in the past without and results. Every month with Alli i'm losing over 4lbs. I'm so much happier.

I had hit a brick wall with dieting and exercise, I just couldn't seem to lose anymore weight. I decided to try Alli because of all the hype around it.

Alli is working for me, i'm not sure how much weight i've lost but it's a noticeable amount. Watch out for the side-effects though - I visit the bathroom more often now.

After reading loads of mixed reviews on the internet I decided to give Alli a go. I prepared for the worst side effects and stayed in the house for 2 days, but no bad side effects have happened so far. I now look at the fat content in everything I eat, it's amazing how much fat is in every day foods. Alli is working for me.
