A Mum from America used Alli slimming pills as a quick and healthy way to help her lose weight.

Connie Degiorgis was fat, overweight and unhappy about the way she looked. Being a busy Mum, juggling work and the kids is difficult and didn't give her time to cook meals and prepare food.
Connie weighed 13.4st and was a dress size 18. By taking Alli for 6 months she went down to a dress size 8 and lost 4st of weight. She was back to her old self again and felt on top of the world.

The main ingredient in Alli is orlistat which has been available as a prescription drug for obesity since 1999 under the name Xenical, which is double the dosage of Alli (120mg vs 60mg)
This drug Orlistat works by blocking the obsorbtion of fat into the body - around 1/4 of the total fat in your diet. It attaches itself to the natural enzymes in the digestive system, preventing them from breaking down the fat. Undigested fat can not be absorbed so it passes through the body naturally. Alli's adverts say that if you for every 2lbs of weight you would lose normally with All you would lose an extra 1lb.
Alli causes the body to have a physical reaction by blocking some of the fat in your diet. This blocked fat has to go somewhere, it passes through the body when you have bowel movements, this has make your stools quite oily. This effect is more noticeable with people eating a high-fat diet.
It also blocks some of the vitamins in your food. You are advised to take a good multivitamin everyday when using Alli.
Yes. There is no doubt that Alli works. Take a look at this paragraph taken from the NHS website:
"The only medicines in the UK specifically licensed for the treatment of obesity are called orlistat (Alli) and sibutramine. Orlistat works by reducing the absorption of the fat you eat. Sibutramine increases the feeling of fullness when you eat by boosting levels of the chemical, serotonin, which is naturally made in your body.
Both these drugs have been clinically proven to help people lose weight."

Alli review conclusion
 |
Alli is exactly the same as Xenical which is clinically proven to work and is why Doctors have been prescribing it for years. It's very effective, reasonably priced, readily available and only has a few milf side-effects. |
We really like Alli and would recomend it to anyone who has a BMI of 28 or over and needs that little bit of help to lose weight. By taking Alli and following their eating plan you will soon feel much happier and healthier.
Customer Reviews | | Alli worked for me, 6 months ago I weighed 13st and now
I weigh 10.5st, I'm back to my normal size and my
lift has completely changed.
I don't know
if it was the pills completely or that they actually
make you change the way you eat. Now I never eat any
fried or really fatty foods and I always go easy on the
carbs.
If it wasn't for alli slimming
pills forcing me to do this, I don't know if I
would of done it. | | Kat, Mon Nov 28, 2011 |
 | | Alli is working really well for me. After visiting my
Doctor 3 months ago he suggest that I make simple
changes to my diet and take Alli slimming pills. The
prescription version is called orlistat, my BMI
wasn't high enough to qualify for this so he
recommend Alli instead.
It's been 3 months
now and I've lost over 1 stone in weight. I
haven't experienced any of the side effects people
talk about but I have cut out really high fat meals out
of my diet.
I'm pleased with my results
and I've been recommending it to my friends. | | Sandra, Tue Apr 12, 2011 |
 | | I've just finished using Alli slimming pills for 2
months and they have worked as well as the Doctor said
they would. But, I didn't like cutting fat out of
my diet, low fat foods just don't taste as good and
don't give me as much energy.
From now on
i'm going to try and eat a balanced diet and hit
the gym. | | Charlotte, Tue Feb 22, 2011 |
 | | I have a bit of a problem with junk food, I love pizzas
and chips and ready meals. Cutting them out completely
was not an option for me.
I saw an Alli advert
and decided to give them a go. They're really good,
I still eat the same kind of diet and I am losing
weight. It's perfect. | | Jan, Fri Oct 22, 2010 |
 | | | I feel so happy, I started using Alli pills three
months ago and now i'm at my target weight. | | Caroline, Tue Sep 07, 2010 |
 | | | I used alli slimming pills for 4 months last year and
lost nearly 2 stone. I've managed to keep most of
the weight off. They worked well for me, I would
recommend them. | | Carol, Fri Aug 13, 2010 |
 | | | Alli slimming pills are working really well for me. I
bought 3 boxes last month after feeling depressed about
my weight, I was also desperate to get rid of it for my
holiday. I've gone from 13.5st to 12.7st in about 5
weeks. Yes!! | | Naomi, Thu Aug 12, 2010 |
 | | Alli has worked very well for me. I first started on it
over a year ago and lost about 10lbs. I'm now back
on it because i've gained 5lbs, this time i'm
looking to lose about a stone in total.
I
highly recommend if you want to see weight loss results
without the ups and downs. | | Emma, Wed Jul 28, 2010 |
 | | On the TV adverts they didn't say anything about
side-effects, the last 2 days i've had to totally
change my diet and cut out the takeaways.
The
slimming pill is working but I don't know if I can
continue with it. | | Terry, Sat Jun 26, 2010 |
 | | My cousin told me about alli slimming pills, she said
she has lost nearly 2st a few months, I couldn't
believe it, I just had to try it for
myself.
So I ordered the 2 months 84 pack and
now after 2 months i've lost over 1st. I can't
stop looking in the mirror. This the best feeling
i've had in years. | | Claire, Tue Jun 15, 2010 |
